This involves a combination of diet and other factors, such as correct exercise techniques. Some home-based treatments have successfully removed even Grade 3 and 4 prolapsed hemorrhoids. Some hemorrhoid removal methods recommend eating more fibre in the diet. This works to a certain extent, as it stops the body becoming constipated, which may be part of the cause of the haemorrhoids. However, constipation and lack of fibre aren’t the only cause of hemorroids, so increasing the amount of fibre in the diet is only part of a hemorrhoid treatment. Think carefully before paying any money for hemorrhoid removal creams or before letting yourself be booked in for hemorrhoid surgery.
